In the face of economic instability, however, financial pressures have often led to the slashing of available budgets and resources for this work.

Existing solutions focus on bigger employers with bigger budgets, ignoring the need within the SME space. But workplace wellbeing is a priority for every business. Without the right tools, smaller employers have struggled to provide the same level of structural wellbeing support for their people, though they are no less deserving.
